Kindly read our return and refund policy carefully before purchasing/ordering our items or using our services. We tend to ensure that our customers are happy with our items and that is why we always try our best to ensure you get the best item as you have ordered. When you order products from our store, we carefully process your order and ensure that you get exactly what you have ordered and paid for at the right time unless there are circumstances beyond our control and at the same time your control. However, as the case may be, we will ensure you get your ordered products as soon as possible.
Please note that, we will give reimbursement/refund for item that you have purchased, ordered or received but with which you are not satisfied. In an effort to provide the best customer service possible, we have implemented a hassle-free return and refund policy.
-Item is not as described
If the item delivered is physically different from the description, previewed or ordered, you will be entitled to a full refund if the item is returned within 14 days from the day of purchase.
-Items that have not been received
If you have not received an ordered item within 21 days from the date of purchase, you might be eligible for refund. you will be required to give your buy code to check your claim that you have not received the item ordered and paid for. Despite that fact that we think 21 days is a sensible time, contingent upon where you are located, you may have a longer period to claim a refund if you have purchased for personal use and haven't received the item.
-If a purchase was made on your account or with your payment method that you did not permit.
It is important that you keep your account information and password private. If you give your details to someone else or appear to be abusing our policies, you are responsible for any purchases made and will not be eligible for a refund.
-Item must not be damaged (must be in its original condition)
We will not give a refund if the item is returned damaged. Item must be returned in its original state when received to qualify for a full refund or probably an exchange. We will not accept any item that has been damaged, this voids the refund or exchange request, and the item will be returned back to the customer and marked as final sale.
#Return And Exchange
Returns are allowed within 30 days from the day the item is delivered. We do not wish to reject a customer; therefore, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of our customers across the globe. In a situation whereby the item you have received is not in good condition and the fault is arising from us, you will be entitled to a return and exchange for another item of the same description and quality if you return the item within 15 days from the day of receipt.
Note: Item must be returned new with the tag in its original condition, if not, you will not be eligible for an exchange.
#Shipping For Exchange
-Initial shipping fee is non-refundable.
-It is the customer who pays for shipping for exchange. Any fees attracted to the shipping exchange process will be taken care of by the customer.
-If a delivered order is rejected by a customer or not delivered as a result of a wrong address, 15% fee will be charged.
#How To Request a Refund/Exchange
To be qualified for a refund or exchange, products with defects must be returned within 30 days from the day of receipt for products purchased with store credits but purchases made with credit or debit card will received refunds directly through the card within 7 to 10 business days. Refund/Exchange will be given only when we have received the item. Contact us directly with your return request through our email email@example.com . All items must be returned new in a shipping box /package. Depending on your specific situation, we may be able to help as all returns/refund's requests must be approved, if your exchange/refund requests if it fails to meet our exchange/refund criteria stated above. Once your request is received/refund criteria stated above. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (not more than 7 to 10 business days), depending on your card issuer's policies.
#Late Or Missing Refund (If applicable)
In the event that, we informed and sent you a receipt that we have processed and sent your refund to the original payment, we expect that you received your refund within this period, we advise that you check your account first, then contact your bank or the credit card company with which you paid. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all these but you have not received your refund still, please, contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org .
We understand that plans change, and you may have to cancel or prematurely terminate your order with us. Please note that, according to law, you are to inform us before the shipments therefore, if you need to cancel an order, you must inform us through email email@example.com 48 hours before the shipment. However, if the order has been processed before we received your cancellation request, we will charge 5% fees.
If your order has been shipped but you have not received the item and you need to cancel the other, you should be aware that 15% restocking fees will be charged. Since we shipped the item already, you will receive the item first and then send it back to us before we can process your refund.
#Why We my Deny Your Exchange/Refund Request
In the event that the item we delivered is identical and similar to the depiction as ordered and paid for, there is usually no commitment to give a refund exchange in circumstances like the following:
-You don't need it the item after you have received, used and damaged it already.
-The item did not meet desires after you have used it for some time
You ordered the item by mistake, but you have enjoyed it.
-You knew the item was faulty when you have received it but never informed us until usage.
-You no longer want the color or the size of the item.
In accordance with the law, we reserve the right to solely define, limit, refuse, and/or reject orders, refunds, and exchange from customers at the time due to the following:
-Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
-An irregular or excessive exchange history: regarding damage, missing items, etc.
Also, we reserve the right to refuse rendering services to any customer be it individual or an entity, in regard to the similar actions noted above.
